		<description><![CDATA[You nailed it Charlie.  I don&#039;t agree with the girl and the Build-A-Bear idea.  WTF!  How about some buffalo wings and his favorite six pack instead, duh?!  My husband is a lucky man, I know.  

Anyway, nice job on bringing attention to a very key and often overlooked marketing lesson.  I see too many companies sending out &quot;look at me&quot; messages that end up being piss poor attempts to convince people to hire them.
