The Easiest Way to Exercise More, Even if You Work All Day

Working at a computer all day long often means sitting still for hours on end. If you keep this up for a few weeks, months, even years — your mood inevitably crashes. Depression seeps in…

Fortunately, there’s a really easy way to get more exercise in. Even if you’re stuck at work.

Go for a walk outside every time you have a phone call.

Best of all, you will increase your creativity by 60%, just by walking instead of sitting.

You’re actually doing the person on the other end a favor!

Simple and effective. My go-to is time triggers every 2 hours.

Simple and very effective. Taking this a little further when I go for coffee I choose a coffee shop a mile away so I have to walk through a nice park and enjoy the scenery to get there, have found this really effective in recharging my mind. Some days I even squeeze in a 10min headspace session in the park.
