Rich Millington's "Feverbee" repeatedly earns my recommendation, not due to personal ties, but his consistent delivery of stellar content. He's recently published a manifesto (available for download) to revamp your approach to building an online community. It's worth checking out.

I’ve recommended Rich Millington’s “Feverbee” several times, and it deserves yet another mention.  It’s not because I’m super close with him or want to do him a favor.  I’ve actually never met him in-person or even heard his voice.  I keep recommending him for one reason: he consistently puts out great content.

Anyways, he just released a short manifesto (download here) to re-wire your approach when it comes to building an online community.  Check it out.
