Here’s a short clip from a recent talk I gave at the Wealthy Wellthy conference in Austin. 100 people stood up to play Rock Paper Scissors, tournament-style. The rule was that as soon as you lost, you became your victor’s #1 fan. The energy in the room steadily escalated until everyone was cheering for the two remaining players.
